As part of our commitment to social responsibility, the KIDECO PPM Program is implemented through a structured series of stages. We employ social mapping to analyze the potential, issues, and needs of the communities in our target areas. The outcomes of this analysis are then incorporated into a strategic plan, serving as a guideline for our PPM activities over the next five years.

PPM Strategy Model

As part of our commitment to the PPM Program, KIDECO regularly conducts consultations with representatives from beneficiary villages. These consultations are designed to ensure that the benefits provided align with the community’s needs while offering them opportunities to provide suggestions, feedback, and input on PPM activities. The aim is to strengthen the synergy between KIDECO and the community.
