In supporting the preservation of Paser’s cultural heritage and promoting it nationally and internationally, PT Kideco Jaya Agung (Kideco) conducts various developmental programs for the community, especially students. In addition to nurturing dance groups, Kideco also organizes the Kideco Paser Cultural Festival, a cultural arts competition that not only carries moral messages but also actively contributes to preserving, safeguarding, and cherishing local cultural arts, particularly in Paser.

Kideco provides support facilities for cultural arts training, including studios and recording spaces, musical instruments, and dance costumes for the supported art groups. Furthermore, they extend invitations for collaborative performances at various company events.

Not solely focused on arts, Kideco is actively involved in fostering young talents in sports, particularly in futsal and volleyball. This initiative is reflected in their annual sports competition program targeting middle to high school students across the entire Paser Regency.
