Kideco is committed to managing hazardous and non-hazardous waste. Waste management is carried out by reuse, recycling, or handing over to licensed third parties.

As our commitment to managing hazardous waste, we innovate to reduce of used oil hazardous waste with several programs such as flushing differential, hydraulic & transmission oil, installing power inverters in exploration activities, using electric buses, using LED lights and so on.

Another strategy in innovation to reduce hazardous waste is the optimization of mud removal using a mud handling system. We also implement the provision of refilling waste in large packaging to reduce small packaging waste.
Most importantly, we always strive to carry out environmental management to reduce the risk of chemical or substance spills that could potentially degrade the quality of water, soil, air, biodiversity, and human health.

Another commitment made by Kideco is the management of Non-B3 Waste by carrying out the 4Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Replace). The 4R program is carried out, among others, by utilizing used tires, utilizing used conveyor belts, reducing of used tires and changing paper to digital media as a reporting platform.
