Started in 1993 after thorough preparation, the mine now produces nearly 40 million tons of coal annually, showcasing rapid growth from the initial 1.2 million tons in its debut year. By focusing on sustainability, Kideco has achieved remarkable success, reaching a total production volume of more than 600 million tons by 2021.
